Anna and Anders got married in the small village Tarnsjon, north of Uppsala in August. This part of Sweden is infamous for mosquitos - to the entent that the local council drop mosquito prevention chemicals from the air to stop the eggs from hatching. This year, the hot weather came later than expected and thus a lot of mosquito eggs did hatch. It's the only wedding I've ever photographed where I had to retouch away mosquitos from the wedding dress - as well as the bride and groom's faces. I had a million mosquito bites after the wedding - but it was worth it, as it was an amazing wedding. The bride was 6 months pregnant and looked radiant and the entire day was gorgeous. Apart from the mosquitos that is!
