An aspect of my work that I love is seeing the same family year after year and noticing how the children grow and develop. The other week I was running around with a 2 year old in a park in Greenwich - I first photographed her when she was just a few months old. One of the families I've photographed numerous times is Helena and her two daughters - I've done many portrait sessions for the family and I've also been lucky enough to get to shoot the girls for my own projects now and then. Last month Helena asked me to take new family photos and we decided to style the shoot in white. Helena searched her house and found her own mum's confirmation dress from the 1950s, as well as a dress she wore as a kid in the 1980s, and luckily they fitted the girls perfectly. We took the photos on Woolwich common, a fairly wild looking open field which is one of my favourite London locations.
